Bliss Breath
Bliss Breath
Through the history of Breathwork a lot of time and effort has been spent in dividing and naming as much drama as possible. It is my feeling that working with the basic feelings triggered by the drama is all one needs to bring to the breath. The need to linger or focus on the drama tints the tones the color and depth of the Breathwork to follow. Holding the focus of the Breathwork solely on Unity, speaking only about of fear-based feelings of separation in direct relationship to Unity has a major effect on the entire process.
This should not be confused with avoiding the pain of separation and the fear is produces. You cannot avoid it. Spiritual by-pass has nothing lasting to offer the Breathwork participant. Our fears must be honored and brought in to partake of the feast at loves table. Listing or naming every minute aspect of drama that could possibly be worked on in a session has little value on its own. Connection or Unity needs to be the center point. The drama is the door we pass through, it is not the context or the destination.
With drama off the main stage the focus of the breath is set squarely on Unity. Breathing through archetypal themes of fear and drama we move toward forgiveness and love. This is the focus of Unity by Unity within Unity.
The buzz in many modalities including Breathwork is moving more and more toward the themes that one finds in the third and final stage of a breath cycle. In this phase one can find a bridge to a state of compassion filled bliss.
This steady increase in focus represents a great planetary shift. This shift in focus has done much to raise the vibration of the entire planet exponentially. Holding healing and not drama as the focus of our lives can bring changes that aide us in singing the song of Unity. A song that when song by all, be it in mind, voice, or body, tones the voice of the planet through compounding vibrations of the all that is one.
Neil Douglass Klotz offers us wonderful glimpses of the Aramaic language that Jesus spoke. Through Klotz’s work I can see possibilities for expressions of love I had never dreamed of, yet grieved for in my soul. Through these glimpses I have found the teachings of Jesus breathing in my body.
Our Shem, our vibration: the unique thing that we can vibrate the world with through our day-to-day lives, Is a true and open expression of life. When each aspect of entity is singing as if blind to all else, focused only in unity, in Shemia: the vibration of heaven. Then to that extent heaven is alive in our mists.
A birthing of heaven waits within our breath. The space of Unity only comes when we fully acknowledge the pain of existence without judgment. It is only by embracing the deepest darkness and brightest light that we are able to bring ourselves to the vibration vision of unity, heaven holding hell lovingly in its heart.
It is my feeling that such a path was spoken about in the words“ those who follow me will do more and greater things than I”. Jesus knew that people breathed fully into their Shem they would birth Love into a world of darkness, birthing heaven into hell. People focusing their lives in such ways would gain exponential strength and ability from the synergy that would be invoked.
Spirit drenched in love, alive in the breath of humanity, blowing freely through the air*, wind,* and atmosphere* of the earth. Such a dream of heaven is in sharp contrast to the stench of a planet fearfully and compulsively ingesting its self.
Breath is the only tool of the body that Jesus talks to us about. The path forward must lie upon that path. Breath is the gate to a room without doors or walls, ceilings or floors. It is Unity.
Focus on the bliss Buzz; keep the darkest dark and the brightest light held open in your heart, building more energy with each breath. Listen and breathe again. Listen and move through the tears into the Eye of God.
Breathing deep into love and fear; exploring your path from there and blessed will be your journeys!
It is my belief that our breath is the portal to a vast and powerful plain of Unity.
*In Aramaic the word for Spirit is the same word that is used for Breath, Air, Wind, and Atmosphere.
In time much of this will be clear to many and peace will rain down upon them.
