Bliss Breath
Through the history of Breathwork a lot of time and effort has been spent in dividing and naming as much drama as possible. It is my feeling that working with the basic feelings triggered by the drama is all one needs to bring to the breath. The need to linger or focus on the drama tints the tone, color and depth of the Breathwork to follow. Holding the focus solely on Unity, speaking only about the feelings of fear-based separation in direct relationship to Unity has a major effect on the entire process.
This should not be confused with avoiding the pain of separation and the fear is produces. You cannot avoid it. Spiritual by-pass has no lasting to offer the participant. Our fears must be honored and brought in to partake of the feast at loves table. Listing or naming every minuet aspect of drama that could possibly be worked on in a session has little value on its own. Start with the basic feeling and working that feeling through to the “Isness” place.
With drama off the main stage the focus of the breath set squarely on Unity. This opens us, breaths us through archetypal themes that move us toward, forgiveness and love. This is the focus of Unity by Unity within Unity.
I get so excited when time after time I hear the stories of people who, through the choices they make in their personal practice as well as with there breath participants, are making space for a broad opening to Unity and away from the drama of separation. This is the basic benefit of breath.
This same shift to Unity I have found in many places with folks working in different disciplines and on different levels. The power, energy, or (Buzz), among the modalities that include breath is moving more and more toward the third and final stage of a breath cycle. This third phase of the breath cycle holds the long-term benefits of the breath. In this phase one finds a bridge to the compassion filled bliss that lies at the heart of the third and final stage a breath cycle.
This focus represents a great planetary shift in the general concepts that are actively being played out in existence on a day-to-day basis. This shift in focus has done much to raise the vibration of the entire planet exponentially. For this reason it is best to breath in simple terms about drama and only in the context of Unity.
This movement in conciseness is revving up our planetary vibration. Holding healing and not drama as the focus of our mind, alone, can bring changes that aide us in finding the song of Isness. The song that when song by all, be it in mind, voice or body awakens the voice of the planet through compounding vibration of “the all that is one”.
Neil Douglass Klotz offers us wonderful glimpses of the Aramaic language that Jesus spoke. Through Klotz’s work I can see possibilities for expressions of love I had never dreamed of, yet grieved for in my soul. Through such possibility I have found the teachings of Jesus in my heart.
Our Shem, our vibration: the unique thing that we can vibrate the world with through our day-to-day lives, Is a true and open expression of life. When each aspect of entity is in concert, singing as if blind to all else, focused only in unity, in Shemia: the vibration of heaven. Then to that extent heaven is alive in our mists. Such a birthing of heaven waits in our hearts and our breath.
I say “as if” blind for this space of vibration only comes when we fully acknowledge the pain of existence with out judgment. It is only from this kind of “death” that we can see. It is only by embracing the deepest darkness and brightest light that we are able to bring ourselves too true vibrational vision of unity. Heaven holds hell lovingly in its heart.
There for I say that the path spoken to in the words “ those who follow me will do more and greater things than I”. Were spoken by Jesus knowing that if groups of people breathed fully into their Shem they would birth Love into a world of darkness, Heaven into Hell. People focusing their lives in such ways would gain expediential strength and ability from the synergy invoked.
Divinity, drenched in love and alive in the hearts and breath of humanity. Alive and blowing freely in the wind, in the atmosphere. Such a dream of heaven as this is in sharp contrast to the stench of a planet fearfully and compulsively ingesting its self. Instead of simply basking in the strength and beauty of its vibration.
Breath is the only tool of the body Jesus talks to us about. The path forward must lie upon the path of the breath. Breath is the gate to a room that has not doors or walls, ceilings or floors. It is the Isness.
Focus on the bliss Buzz; keep the darkest dark and the brightest light held open in your heart, building the energy the entire time. Listen and breathe and again, listen through the tears and into the Eye of God. Breathe deep into love and fear; explore your path from there. And blessed will be your journeys here, and beyond hear.
Our breath is the portal to vast plains of powerful existence. In time much of this will be clear to many and peace will rain down upon them.
Who are we to ourselves and to the world?
With the corporate lock on our government the military as well as many other agencies, created out of service to the people and the environment, will continue to be forces that secure cheap labor and raw materials world wide instead of being an active agents of peace and justice.
Agencies created to maintain and improve air and water quality have been gutted and left lame. We once set benchmarks worldwide for acceptable and unacceptable as ingredients in food cosmetics and the environment Now, due to corporate influence and control of our government, we allow known cancerous ingredients many products that we use and consume.
I live in what once was a fishing town. Now the fish are filled with mercury and PCB's. Local wells are tainted with lead from chemical applications to the land. Can one make clam to profits when so much is poisoned? Why do we as taxpayers pay for such cleanup time and time again?
What we did not know at the drafting of the Decoration of Independence is that CLEAN WATER AND LAND ARE THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL INGREDIENTS FOR FREEDOM. With out that all there is is shopping. Until we culturally give up the dream of buying the "Newbig" everything! There will be little juice for such changes. We have turned form a righteous wold leader fighting for freedom and justice to a self poisoning greedy gang of thugs.
We can still choose. The time is now!
Opus in Stone

Better named Opus 38 Harvey Fight died working on his Opus in stone two years before he planned to complete it. I have walked the 5 acre former quarry now sculpture many times and each time it moves in my differently. Like a prayer it has given me what is needed and has taken what is not.

Leo's Pome for Today
Warm insight
GOD FIRE
Jealous Wolf
rob their grass
To be NOTHINGNESS
Leo the cat writes poetry from time to time
Skillfully arranging words in corners,
in and around the fridge
Leo’s skill with words is on par with his ability
to perform Contact improve with the fridge.
Words thoughtfully placed hear and there
By the water bowl
the drums
near the sink
or the back door
A tattered magnet with the word “storm”
lay upside down by the dogs bowl.
its wounds making it slightly difficult to be read.
eight words in all tonight
Presently Leo is attempting to rub his face on the memory of my beard and somehow sit with his face as close as possible to mine.

Vow
this day do solemnly vow
to take you, Hochma, the eternal aspect of my soul,
to be my bride.
To Love you honor you and cherish you,
For richer or poorer,
in sickness and in health,
from boundless elation to the greatest fears,
till death do us part.
This day I saw my fear of death clearly driving an insidious habit of chaining myself to my
perceived expectations of others,
In seeing that I realized that thwarting my Shem was in fact the death that I feared.
