About Me:

Of the things that have come to know in this life, at this point, Nature, Poetry, Breathwork , Drumming and Photography have touched me in the most profound ways.  They cross onto my path time and time again. Each time my interactions with them grow more and more  intense as they grow in depth and fullness.
So from this place, this point , I build and play drums, Share breathwork with  my self and others,  Love writing,  reading and interpreting poems on video. It is the things I love that I love to share most.

Bio

BREATHE!

Fullness of breath is our quickest path to a fullness in life as lack of breath is our quickest ticket to our death. Breathing fully and freely in each moment adds unimaginable power to our lives. Breath is the soil, sun and water of miracles.

In Aramaic* (the native language of Jesus) the word for breath is Ruha. Ruha is a word that is used to describe Breath, air, wind, atmosphere, as well as Holy Spirit. So through the language of Christ we see a path through our breath that connects us deeper and deeper with Spirit. By working through things that keep us from our full presents with Spirit, Unity, or God we are able to “re-member ” our unseverable connection with the compassionate presents of being that Christ and Buddha were so clearly adept at embodying.
